Tasting Notes
The panel found freshly cut red chillies on the nose at first. Followed by dusty, green wood, rosewater, artificial sweeteners, marzipan and coconut. Water affirmed the sweetness and gave up notes of talcum powder, strawberry milkshake and perfumed and rather intense note of smooshed foam shrimps. On the palate there were Campinos strawberry sweeties, summertime dried grass, citrus oils, fruit salad syrups and dried almonds. A whole Pimm’s cocktail in a glass. Reduction unearthed dried pineapple, ripe mango slices and topical muesli. A cereal and fruit rich finish rounded everything off in perfect summery style.
