Tasting Notes
A soft and fruity aroma full of lemon and lime sorbets, freshly picked raspberries, trampled nettles and juniper with a tang of marzipan. Some water revealed pot pourri, cinnamon bark and cucumber peel. A lightly smooshed dock leaf maintained this elegant note of greenery. The mouth initially rather floral with violets and pink grapefruit. Some assorted citrus peels, apple pips and lemon bonbons. Reduction gave us honey with lemon rind, a particularly punchy hot toddy with bergamot and wintergreen.
