Tasting Notes
The neat nose suggested green herbs, crushed ferns, sorrel, bruised granny smith apples and sandalwood. Lots of freshness and sharp grassy greenery. Some touches of petrichor and nettles too. With water we got more earthy tones, cigarette papers, trail mix and pumpkinseed oil. Big, charismatic distillate. The neat palate opened with sweet olive oil notes, pine needles, camphor, dried mango and white chocolate. After reduction this opened up with elderflower, lanolin, pear drops, kiwi and green apple pips. Remains punchy, fresh and vibrant to the end.
