Cask No. 10.283: The Maltster’s littoral latte conjures images of tar pits and coffee beans, while creosote and earthy moss on a crackling fire bring Cask No. 29.298: Moss, mackerel and medicine
to life. Cask No. 53.502: Peat in the pantry imagines stirring a glass of red wine with peat marinated in barbecue sauce. Each of these whiskies offers an adventure with different maturations and flavours bound by their peaty roots.
