Tasting Notes
The nose was vibrant - a brilliant display of bananas, apples and baked orange skin with lemon sherbet and waxy notes surrounding salted caramel sauce. On the palate came a flood of ginger marmalade, merging with coconut oil, peach flavoured tea and blueberry muffins beside a box of new pencils. Water seemed to unite the flavours in a delightful blend of fermenting apples, strawberries, pineapples, raspberries and dried apricot. Then we found ourselves within a pine forest among lavender bushes, white chocolate and caramel as complex flavours shrouded green olives, tarragon and thyme within soft leather.
