Tasting Notes

Spirited aromas of freshly polished wood and nail varnish blended with fruit jelly sweets dipped in sherbet to give a racy zing. Fruit sweets then turned into red pippin apples stewing in porridge oats on the palate, complemented by cinnamon butter and luscious vanilla cream. Water brought out a complex amalgamation of beeswax and hazelnuts before returning to the baseline of juicy apples and vanilla, but now also with cherry yoghurt. Flavours in the mouth blended ripe pears into the porridge, which was now seasoned with a sprinkle of salt, served in an oak bowl and finished with a big wedge of melting butter.
