Tasting Notes
The Panellists burned their plimsols at the end of term, extinguished the flames with a bucket of tar and camouflaged the resulting mess with seaweed, heather and salted peanuts. Following the nose, the palate was equally and deliciously grubby and oily, with a late addition of cola cubes too. Water introduced lemon to the nose, along with pulled pork and candyfloss. The gentle citrus carried into the palate, which now also offered iodine, warm clay and a sweet plasticity.
