In a fit of alchemy, we poured concentrated apple juice, plum and soy sauce on a new carpet as we simultaneously detected freshly cut grass. To the palate, our concoction manifested as plum liqueur poured on pistachio ice cream, followed by a gentle cherry wood spice, along with a trickle of treacle. Water transformed the nose, now featuring limoncello with a side of banana cake icing and peach lollipops. The palate matched this, with an added note of graphite, cinnamon spice and liquorice. We finished with popcorn and iced buns.
