Join us for a deep dive into the relationship between spirit and wood, where whisky meets the liquids that came before it. This tasting explores how previous cask occupants shape character, influence flavour, and leave their mark on every dram.
Our expert guide, Diego Borras, will lead you on this journey with five Society whiskies, each paired with five samples of the liquids that previously inhabited their casks – offering a rare chance to taste the full journey from cask to glass.
To complement the experience, a selection of tapas-style dishes will be served.
