Twice a year, the world finds itself in perfect balance. Day and night stand shoulder to shoulder before darkness begins its steady advance towards winter.
This evening, we'll follow that same path in liquid form. Starting on the light side, we'll explore bright, uplifting whiskies bursting with orchard fruits, honeyed sweetness and gentle floral notes. As the night draws in, we'll cross the equinox into the dark side, where richer drams reveal layers of spice, oak, smoke and decadent depth.
This tasting includes six drams and a Society supper.
