Join us for Still Curious, an exploration of how distillers shape flavour through the design of their stills and the decisions they make during distillation. Through a series of carefully selected drams, we'll uncover how whiskies matured in the same cask types can develop entirely different personalities.
From tall and short stills, to high and low cut points, we'll delve into the subtle choices that create everything from light and fruity spirits to rich, oily and complex drams. It's a chance to look beyond the cask and discover the character, craft, and science behind every pour.
This tasting includes 5 drams and a Society supper.
