Tasting Notes
When was the last time you had a large red swirl strawberry and cream flavoured lollipop? Well, that was exactly what we were reminded of as well as peppermint creams. On the palate multi-coloured sugar-coated liquorice sweets, aniseed balls, Fisherman’s friends and spiced cocoa coffee beans. There was certainly a lot going on and maybe a drop of water would calm things down a bit. And yes, it did indeed with aromas of elderflower, heather, pine needles as well as lemon and lime parfait. To taste we were back in retro-mode, who remembers that sweet and slightly tart cocktail called Sidecar?
