Tasting Notes
The colour green came to mind nosing neat as we found Williams pears, granny smith apples and a kiwi cucumber salad with walnuts and fresh mint, as well as a cup of matcha in the finish. On the palate it was very fudgy with a burst of vanilla – the sweetness was almost overwhelming but for the spicy elements of a Thai green prawn curry coming to the rescue. Water added more colour in the form of apricots, cantaloupe melon and candied orange slices, while to taste we snacked on chewy chocolate coconut candy clusters and an apple kiwi smoothie with tender kale and coriander leaves, spiced with freshly chopped ginger.
