The nose suggested wet and windy hilltops, mossy drystone walls and sheltering in a damp old bothy. Wet linens, sheep wools and eventually funky fruits begin to show through. We also noted grass, damp grains, overripe pears and browned butter with lemon pith. With water there was stem ginger, cream soda, turmeric and garden fruits. Sweet balsamic onion and hazelnuts muddled with white rum. The mouth was initially full of cinnamon, stroopwafels, blueberry jam and fudge. We also found coconut husks, chilli heat, nigella seed, watermelon and green pepper prickle. Water brought pink peppercorn, chilli lemon salsa, spiced fruit salad, chalk and more coconut in the aftertaste.
