Tasting Notes
We imagined walking through a Sicilian lemon grove with magnolia trees all around us in full bloom with wooden beehives dotted across the landscape. There was a lovely delicate flavour of a crimson spice champagne cocktail using cranberry juice, fresh ginger, cinnamon, star anise, cognac and Champagne garnished with cranberries. Following the addition of water, the aroma turned sweeter with mango coulis, maple syrup, Greek style honey yoghurt and flapjacks with vanilla ice cream, while to taste delicate, sweet, and floral like drinking an elderflower sparkling mead while enjoying the spring breeze through an open window. It is the little things in life that make life worth living.
