Tasting Notes
One Panellist had a cameo in a blockbuster film as they watched an eminent doctor dusting off some dinosaur bones. Others, while not having quite made it through the audition process, got similar vibes but with a sandy desert and warm, sweet hay. On the palate, we enjoyed the sweet and fruity flavours of blackcurrant boiled sweets with a peppery and mentholated liquid centre. The addition of water had our film extra shadowing a claymation man in a tank top who was enjoying his favourite cheese, washed down with old-fashioned lemonade out of a pewter jug, in the warm summer sunshine on a park bench in Wigan.
