WINTER 2025

THE WINTER SERIES

THE WINTER SERIES

We’ve captured all the flavours of the season in this year’s Winter Series. The four-bottle quartet from distilleries 29, 1, 59 and 39 each features a unique cask while also showcasing our new flavour profiles.

The first Winter Series bottling, Spirit of Hallowe’en, offers playful mischief and bold autumnal flavours from this member-favourite Islay distillery. This Bold & Peaty offering is 11 years of age with hearty meatiness and mentholic freshness.

UNCORK THE MAGIC OF THE SEASON

Our tasting experiences offer whisky a taste of festive flavour. Your favourite distillery takeovers and regular calendar events? Tick! Something a bit more festive? Double tick! Each of our Members’ Rooms takes its own spin on tradition. See what’s on and bring a pal or two.

A SEASON TO SAVOUR

Our head chef, Nick Fulton, has created a seasonal menu for our Scottish Members’ Rooms.

Coorie into the cosiness of our Members’ Rooms, with spirited drams and deliciously warming dishes.

Book your table and join us this winter. This is the busiest time of the year, so we highly recommend booking your table in advance to avoid any disappointment.
