We brewed a Lady Grey tea, black tea with bergamot essential oil, lemon and orange peel as we enjoyed a spoon-licking good hot, chocolate hazelnut fudge sauce from a silver spoon. We poured the fudge over a brownie bottom ice cream cake which was soaked in bramble liqueur – luxuriously self-indulgent. With the addition of water, we took slightly burned peanut butter chip chocolate cookies out of the oven, while on the palate - juicy sultanas next to honey roasted cashew nuts and crunchy chocolate malt popcorn. In the finish a refreshing date-sweetened coconut milk ice cream in a cone.
