Tasting Notes
Spring torch heather, named after the glimmering colour of its new spring growth, combined with fragrant wood incense and daffodils made this an intriguing bouquet of aromas. On the palate; pear and lemon juice followed by desiccated coconut and a ginger-chilli flavour before, in the finish, homemade, slightly burned, vanilla-rooibos fig newtons. After a drop of water a funky incense smoke was entwined with freshly brewed coffee and cocoa-dusted cooked apples while to taste; juicy peach and lime blossom loose leaf herbal tea, a banana milkshake and hints of smoked hay, oak char and fruity pipe tobacco.
