Tasting Notes
Tinned peaches blended with single cream, salted peanuts and eucalyptus, plus lemon verbena and pink peppercorns. The palate was sticky-sweet, with caramel, rhubarb and orange ultimately succumbing to a mace karate chop. Introducing water offered almond butter and custard tarts, followed by alum block and hair tonic on the nose. The reduced palate was a slice of soda bread, slathered with lemon zest-infused butter and topped with juicy strawberries.
