Tasting Notes
Almond tarts topped with raspberry jam. White chocolate shavings on a warm croissant. The nose was full of heady sweet notes, think honey and varnish. The palate, likewise, was full of vanilla, orange oil, plum conserve and a blend of nutmeg and soft brown sugar. Introducing water offered caramel stirred with sugarcane and poured into a wellington boot. It was more buttery now on the nose, and with more fruits on the palate: black grapes, strawberry, pomegranate and premium craft cola.
