Tasting Notes
Sunshine kissed aromas of bramble jam, melons and marmalade joined a sweet array of toffee apples, sponge cake and vanilla syrup with a coating of coconut. The coconut led the way for creamy textures on the palate but now also with custard and chantilly cream. Then a shower of tropical fruits rained down onto toasted almonds and hazelnuts as pink wafer biscuits merged with sweet wood. A dash of water accentuated creamy vanilla as we moved towards butterscotch and banoffee pie. Dried mango then joined Victoria sponge cake to create a perfect balance that invited us onto a creamy finish bound by hard toffee and toasty oak.
