Sweet treats amongst the hay

A rich aroma of butter on barbequed popcorn, cream horns, powder puff cookies and banana bread, but there was also a scent of sea salt on lemons and forging horseshoes in the background. On the palate, sweet and malty like a malt beer or old-fashioned barley sugar candy and gingerbread shortbread with a nutmeg glaze. With the addition of water, we were lying on hay bales in an old barn enjoying hazelnut custard slices, chocolate limes and caramel shortbread all washed down with a mocha fudge milkshake. To taste; thick and creamy, as we took a slice of coconut cake coated with toasted coconut and Chantilly cream.
