Last year saw the release of five special whiskies to celebrate International Women’s Day, with five per cent of the profits from the total sales donated to OurWhisky Foundation. This year, we’re delighted to continue this work with five new whiskies selected by an all-women Tasting Panel.

Tasting Notes
Unreduced we experienced sweetness and darkness with toasted coconut, balsamic glaze, sundried tomatoes and dried plums with ham and melon. Elsewhere there were oak floors, chesterfields with ginger snaps, bourbon biscuits and burnt toffee. With water there was creamy sweetness with juicy fruitiness. We had cola with vanilla ice cream, milk chocolate dusting powder, stewed apples and pears, with cloves on an iced cinnamon bun. Burnt paper took us back to the darkness with vintage wool, waxed jackets and liquorice. This was matured in a bourbon hogshead for nine years before being transferred into first-fill Spanish oak oloroso hogshead.
