Tasting Notes
The peppery tingle of rye-heavy bourbon merged with sweet toffee, juicy fruit sweets and sticky barbecue glaze with a squeeze of lime in cloudy apple juice. The citrus zing developed into margarita cocktails on the palate and whisky sours balancing the sweetness of butter biscuits and creamy porridge with lime pith and liquorice. Adding water placed a dollop of marmalade on the porridge before cloudy lemonade and key lime pie complemented lime zest chocolate. Then creamy coconut coated the mouth along with thick-cut ginger marmalade and citrus skin dusted with icing sugar to give a bitter-sweet finish.
