Spend some time unravelling the curious flavours found within these three drams and you are sure to be rewarded.
134.14 Jamaica to India | 5 Years | Spicy & Sweet
We loved the spicy nose that packs a punch of tannins followed by ripe red fruits and sweet raisins. The pallet lives up to the expectations of the rich nose, with notes of carambola (star fruit) and persimmon, finishing with the seasonal classic, black cherry sauce with plain pork loin roast.
26.205 A Calming Presence | 9 Years | Sweet, Fruity & Mellow
This is a wonderful, honied, summer dram - the nose has an aroma of raspberries. On the palette, it tastes of sweet vanilla and fresh watermelon with a rich, creamy texture. We all pictured sipping this at a garden party.
48.152 Pull That Cork | 9 Years | Juicy, Oak & Vanilla
Following reduction we enjoyed a peppermint tea, strawberry salad with basil and mint as well as a gooseberry fool, while to taste vibrant sweet red fruits, glazed doughnuts, and a surprisingly light lingering spicy note in the finish.
