Tasting Notes

Among toasty notes and wild strawberries came a mound of fresh hay with passion fruit, bananas and champagne fizz. Melted butter soaked into warm bread as white chocolate merged with double cream and Parma Violet sweets. The palate was sweet with integrated spices as demerara sugar crumbled over galangal root and almonds joined dark chocolate. Water brought the straw of a thatched roof together with notes of coconut husk and zesty lemon peel. Floral notes of lavender, violets and hibiscus then led us to ripe tangerine and prunes. On the palate we now found banana milkshake and vanilla with caramel wafers in coconut ice cream while nutmeg and cloves introduced a finish bound with firm wood tannins and Brazil nuts.
