Founded by the legendary Ichiro Akuto, Chichibu has gained cult status for its bold innovation, meticulous craftsmanship, and astonishingly expressive drams. This is your chance to explore the heart of Japanese whisky culture — right here in Leith.
Join us for an intimate evening as Nathan guides us through a handpicked selection of rare Chichibu whiskies, including expressions from Ichiro’s Malt. If we’re lucky, we may even get to pour something truly unforgettable from the Society archives.
