We're delighted to welcome back Brendan McCarron, who has previously hosted tastings for us during his time at Bunnahabhain and Glenmorangie.
 
Brendan is a consultant Master Distiller, bringing his expertise to a range of new distilleries across Scotland and Asia. His depth of knowledge and engaging style make him a standout guest for any whisky lover.
 
In this brand-new event, we’re going beyond the basics. From raw grain to the final glass, Brendan will take you through each step of the whisky-making process – breaking it all down in a way that’s approachable, engaging, and packed with insight.
 
With five specially selected drams and a Society Supper included, this is your chance to taste whisky with fresh eyes (and a sharper nose).
 
Whether you’re new to the world of whisky or simply curious about what really happens behind the scenes, this evening will give you a deeper appreciation for the craft, the science, and the stories in every bottle.
