This month, we’re showcasing local brewing with Leith’s own Campervan Brewery.
Named for its humble origins in a garage shared with founder, Paul Gibson’s beloved 1973 Volkswagen Campervan - affectionately known as ‘Olive’ - Campervan Brewery has grown to be a stalwart of Edinburgh brewing since the founding of their dedicated brewery in one of Leith’s former bonded warehouses in 2017. Campervan’s range is defined by diversity of flavour and a flair for innovation – from their signature Leith Juice to Scotland’s first gluten-free Nitro Porter, Extra Black. For this edition of our Holy Trinity, we’ll be pouring five of their finest, each paired with a Society dram that will coalesce flavours and celebrate our shared place in Leith’s illustrious brewing and distilling heritage.
Our kitchen team will round out the evening with the Chef’s Curry, crafted to complement the beers and drams.
Please arrive at 6.50pm for a prompt 7pm start. If you have dietary requirements or special requests, email vaults@smws.com and we’ll be happy to help.
