This month, we’re celebrating independent Scottish brewing with Cross Borders Brewing Co.
Founded by lifelong friends Jonathan Wilson and Gary Munckton, Cross Borders has been brewing braw beer since 2016, earning a reputation for producing exceptionally balanced, flavour-forward brews that combine technical precision with an adventurous spirit. From crisp pilsners and refreshing pale ales to hop-driven modern classics, their beers showcase the very best of contemporary Scottish brewing.
For this edition of our Holy Trinity, we’ll be pouring five outstanding beers from Cross Borders, each thoughtfully paired with a Society dram to highlight complementary flavours, unexpected contrasts and the shared craft behind brewing and distilling. Together, these pairings will explore the rich relationship between malt, fermentation and flavour.
Our kitchen team will round out the evening with the Chef’s Curry, specially prepared to complement both the beers and whiskies on offer.
