This month, we’re bringing the taste of Glen Fyne to The Vaults with Fyne Ales.
Brewed in the stunning surrounds of Glen Fyne, this family-owned brewery has been shaping Scotland’s craft beer scene since 2001. Known for their freshness, balance and easy-drinking character, Fyne Ales have a well-earned reputation for beers that brim with flavour and personality. For this edition of our Holy Trinity, we’ll be pouring five of their finest, each paired with a Society dram to uncover unexpected sparks and subtle harmonies. From bright and zesty to rich and rounded, this line-up is sure to keep your palate on its toes.
Our kitchen team will round out the evening with the Chef’s Curry, crafted to complement the beers and drams.
