Plenty going on here - vanilla, pepper, Acacia honey, caramel popcorn, juicy mango and pineapple as well as marzipan and chocolate shavings. Lovely texture; strawberries and cream with a touch of pepper, as well as spicy cream vanilla with cinnamon bark, clove buds and tonka beans while in the finish - a delicate floral ‘rose -like’ flavour. With a drop of water, we were presented with a bouquet of fresh flowers and a box of chocolate pralines. On the palate now, homemade Highland toffee made with a sweet and chewy oatmeal base covered in a layer of chocolate and nuts. Add to this a glass of muscat and it was truly irresistible.
