Tasting Notes
Plenty of sweet moments came to mind nosing this one neat with mint choc chip ice cream, iced gems, crystallised honey as well as hazelnut shortbread cookies. The taste was that of a whole hazelnut in a milk chocolate and nut croquante (sometimes wrapped in a gold foil) and we enjoyed that moment with a pleasingly spicy, cinnamon hot chocolate. Water added doughnuts topped with lemon zest on white icing next to an iced mocha and chalky mints. On the palate the fruity freshness of a spritzer, containing white wine, club soda and garnished with a slice of orange.
