The concept is straightforward: Two to One means taking two casks of single malt from the same distillery and seeing how they can fit together to create an ultra small-batch bottling.

Tasting Notes
We found ourselves in an autumnal forest, sitting in front of our easel and painting in oils the wonderful variety of colour that a warm, sunny October day has on offer. We took a break and opened our lunch box to reveal pan-fried courgette with honey and crumbled feta seasoned with black pepper and dill. After reduction we moved our easel up into the mountains, very close to the snow line, smelling alpine flowers and listening to the marmots singing while we whistled 'The Hills Are Alive' from the film The Sound of Music. At nine years of age, we combined two ex-bourbon hogsheads from the same distillery into this cask for further maturation and marrying.
