Our tasting experiences offer whisky a taste of festive flavour. Your favourite distillery takeovers and regular calendar events? Tick! Something a bit more festive? Double tick! Each of our Members’ Rooms takes its own spin on tradition. See what’s on and bring a pal or two.
Christmas comes once a year, but membership gives them the Society whisky experience for a whole 365 days! Give the gift of one year’s membership and let them see what the Society all about. They’ll enjoy membership for a year and a specially selected 70cl bottle of whisky, tailored to their taste. The beautiful (and fully recyclable) gift box looks simply splendid under the tree.
Instead of doing individual gifts, share good food and drink and great company. Book a meal, private tasting or event at our Members’ Rooms and celebrate together.
For those who love learning, our Focus on Flavour Education Course and Tasting Pack makes the perfect Christmas gift. This one-hour fully accredited online course is designed for all levels – from seasoned whisky lovers to dabbling drammers. If they don’t already have a Society jacket, or SMWS bobble hat, this is the year! When it comes to whisky, give our Dram-Cierge a call to pick the perfect bottle for them. Or use our website filter to find an experimental or unusual cask type that is sure to surprise and delight.
