Tasting Notes

We found this one immediately very honeyed with big notes of malt extract, treacle tart and golden cinnamon breakfast cereals. There was also rather a lot of flower nectars, pollens, sweet stout ales and oatmeal biscuits. Sweet, rich and apparently mature beyond its years we decided. With water we found rich aromas of rum fudge, ginger biscuits, tobacco, cocoa powder and mint julep. Rich and complex once again. The neat palate was full of heather honey, pollens, old style malty shilling beers, coconut and meadow flowers. A wee pang of butterscotch sauce added further sweetness. Water brought digestive biscuits, molten butter, green ginger wine and sweetened olive oil. Also more of these breakfast cereal and biscuity vibes with a hint of camphor and putty.
