Imagine standing on the Blue Mountain peak in the “Land of Springs” and you could see the bonnie bonnie banks of … or how about Bob Marley drinking a Rob Roy cocktail, malty, sweet, fruity, funky! On the palate like a Bloody Mary but with rum called a Cubanito, tomato and lemon juice, Worcester and horseradish sauce, celery salt and black pepper. After reduction, the scent of river reeds and rum flambeed bananas was followed by a mango mojito. Not for everyone, but for those who like to wander and are not afraid getting lost – worth a try! After fifteen years in an ex-bourbon barrel, we transferred this whisky into a re-fill barrel previously maturing rum from Jamaica.

Due to the festive period, orders will not be dispatched until w/c 10th January 2022.
