Tasting Notes
The nose plays with notes of grilled pineapple, candied olives and a hint of elderberry and fresh herbs. The first drop on the tongue is a hug of grilled marshmallows, caramels and toasted bacon flavors with maple syrup. The tingling sensation in the mouth slowly turns into a gentle bitterness of roasted almonds and olive oil. With a few drops of water, an elegant and delicate sweetness develops in the nose with floral notes and crushed red peppercorns. The initial sweetness gradually gives way to a mild bitter note of caramelized sugar. In combination with gentle vanilla tones, a taste of crème brûlée and herbs manifests itself.
