With our members at the heart of everything we do, our DRAM-Cierge is here for friendly advice, whether it’s a question about us, your membership or if you’d like us to share some whisky wisdom and recommendations. And if we don’t know the answer – we’ll track it down like a whisky ninja!
We promise we’re not robots. We’re a small team, all of us members, and would love some chat from kindred spirits – if only to hear what you’ve been doing and what you’re drinking.
If you’re all about planning ahead our seasonal hours are now fully up to date. From last order dates to when you can reach our team with any questions, here’s what you need to know now.

DRAM-CIERGE – FESTIVE OPENING HOURS
Monday 23 and Tuesday 24 December: 9am – 1pm
Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 December: Closed
Friday 27, Monday 30 and Tuesday 31 December: 9am – 1pm
Wednesday 1 and Thursday 2 January: Closed
Normal hours resume from Friday 3 January
If you’re fortunate enough to be close to one of our Members’ Rooms in Edinburgh, Glasgow or London, our bar staff and ambassadors are more than happy to provide guidance and a wee sample.
Remember, there may also be bottles behind the bar that aren’t available online. Pop in and speak to the team for suitably expert advice.
