Younger whiskies can contain all the vim and vigour of youth. Powerful flavours sapped from the casks in the early years can often make for complex and interesting flavours that simply don't need time to mature and progress. This selection of youthful whiskies will certainly broaden your palette and open you up to new whisky epiphanies. We certainly think that age doesn't necessarily mean higher quality or better tasting whisky. Whisky is subjective and we think a punchy younger whisky quite often comes out on top in our tasting events and our tasting panel have given some of their highest praise to bottles younger the 8 or 9 years old in the past.
